Mary Margaret "Mollie" Hennessey was born on 16 August 1905 at Bowraville, New South Wales, Australia ^[1], the daughter of Elizabeth Margaret Hennessey. Her father is thought to have been Hugh (Hughie) Sheridan as he was named on Mollie's death registration as her father. Her mother were married Hughie Sheridan, nine months aftyer the birth of Mary on 18 July 1906 at Bowraville, New South Wales, Australia ^[2] and her siblings were Catherine (Kate) Sheridan, William Patrick Sheridan, Arthur Azel Sheridan and Myra Ellen Sheridan.

She married George Frederick Beddoes on 16 February 1924 in Mullumbimby, New South Wales, Australia ^[3] and they were the parents of Edward Earl Beddoes, Mary Kathleen (Beddoes) Clarke, Arthur George Beddoes and Frederick Noel Beddoes.

Mary died on 20 February 1984 in Lismore, New South Wales, Australia ^[4] and she was buried in the East Lismore General Cemetery, East Lismore, Lismore City, New South Wales, Australia ^[5][6][7].
