Biography
Alfred was born in 1849. He was the son of William Shires. In the 1860 census John (age 10) was in Liberty, Montour, Pennsylvania.[1] In the 1870 census Alfred, Farm Laborer, was in Limestone, Montour, Pennsylvania.[2]
In the 1880 census Alfred (age 30), Lawyer In Mill, was the married head of household in Spring Lake, Ottawa, Michigan, United States.[3] In the 1900 census Alfred (age 50), Farmer, was the married head of household in Day, Montcalm, Michigan.[4]
Alfred, son of Wm Shiner & Phoebe Bond, died (age 56) on 13 January 1906 in Day, Montcalm, Michigan, United States.[5] He was buried in McBride Cemetery, McBride, Montcalm County, Michigan, United States.[6]
