Biography
When Ezekiel Howell Sigler was born on June 11, 1825, in Oxford, New Jersey, his father, Jacob Sigler (1794-abt.1867), was 31 and his mother, Lenah Shafer (1795-1851) , was 30. [1]
He was baptised on Apr 8, 1832 in Hazen, New Jersey at the Oxford First Presbyterian Church. [2]
He married Lydia "Liddy" B. Thatcher in 1848. [3] They had four sons and five daughters. Ezekiel worked as a caprenter.
He died on December 6, 1906, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, having lived a long life of 81 years, and was buried at Bridesburg, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[4]
