Welcome to United States Mining Disasters Northwest Team

United States Mining Team Leader: Vacant

Goals

  • Ensure that all mining disasters with ten or more deceased match the current Disasters Project style
  • Convert any mining incident with less than ten deaths to an accident
  • Add relevant mining and genealogy information and resources on the state pages
  • Create profiles for each of the miners that died, were injured, or helped rescue other miners. There is a sticker for miner deaths and rescuers. These profiles should have the appropriate categories, a bio, and be well sourced. Once all miner's have profiles the chart can be deleted from the Disaster page.
  • Add any family found to WikiTree (parents, spouse, or children). The miner's wife can have a sticker.
