Elsie Marion Steers (married name McCann) was born on 28 February 1887 in High Street, Preston, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Lullis (Johnston) Steers and Henry Biggs Steers.[1]
Elsie died on 3 July 1946 at Austin Hospital in Heidelberg, Victoria, aged 59 years.[2]
