Biography
Lelar was born in 1855 Accourding to the gravesite she was the daughter of Peter Stever and Nancy Russell. However, her death Certificate gives mother's name as Bettie Black.
She married William Carroll Young about 1882 and together they had Bert, Parshena, Laura, Iva, Bessie, Jennie, and Thomas Young.
She married William Smiley 20 Jan 1905 and widowed per Civil war pension dated 6 Feb 1890
She lived to age 72, passed away in 1927.
