Marshall James Stout Sr. was born on 15 Mar 1924 in Marion, Mississippi, United States, son of Albert Marble Stout (1886 - 1979) and Willie Mae (Hemphill) Stout (1903 - 1984).

His siblings were:

  3. Eleanor (Stout) Hemphill (1930 - 1960)

In the 1930 census Marshall (age 6) was the single son of Albert M Stout in Harrisville and Gatesville, Beat 5, Simpson, Mississippi, United States.[1]

Marshall's child was Marshall J. Stout Jr., MD (1950s - living).

Marshall died on 14 Oct 2015 in Florence, Rankin, Mississippi aged 91 and was buried in Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi, United States.[2]
