Biography
Ruth Strand was born on 5 August 1904 in New Zealand, daughter of William Thomas Strand (1876–1960) and Catherine Margaret Sheil (1873–1930).[1]
Electoral rolls show her with William Miller O. Allcroft[2]. They married in 1933 in Scotland.[3] He was born in Hampshire, England[4] and immigrated to NZ in 1968.[5]
