Biography

John Jacob Strauss was born on February 10, 1921 in New York City, New York to his parents William H. Strauss and Bessie M.(Babcock). [1][2][3] While living in Los Angeles, California, John registered for the draft on February 14, 1942 and served in the Army during World War II, with a rank of TEC4.[1][2] John passed away on November 30, 1996 in Los angeles, California and is buried in the Riverside National Cemetery.[1]
