Biography
Hannah was born in 1820. She was the daughter of Joseph Streets. Hannah was baptised on the 21st of August 1820 at Scawby, Lincolnshire. [1] Hannah married Joseph Chafer at Kirton in Lindsey, Lincolnshire on the 21st of September 1840. [2] Hannah and William married in 1862.
She passed away in 1908.
"Alkborough. On Monday the remains of Mrs. Hannah Drinkall were interred in the parish churchyard by the family of her husband. The deceased who passed away on Friday morning after a long illness, was 87 years of age. She will be much missed as at her house was an office for the Relieving Officer and Registrar for years. The service was conducted by the Rev. B.Hunter. Deceased leaves two sons and two daughters to mourn her loss. The bearers were Messrs. E.A.Carton, J.Stamp, T.Thornton & W.Fanthorpe. Poss. born 1821 Scawby, 2nd. wife of the late William Drinkall".[3]
