Biography
Harold Craigin Thom was a mason for a period of time. He was exalted Sep 30, 1946 in Delta Chapter 60; suspended for NPD, Dec 31, 1975. He was greeted in Omaha Council 1, Nov 7, 1947; suspended for NPD in 1951, reinstated Oct 20, 1956 and again suspended for NPD Dec 31, 1975. He was knighted on Nov 29, 1946 in Mt Calvary Commandery 1; suspended for NPD Dec 31, 1950, and never reinstated.
THOM - Harold C. (Shorty), age 93 yrs., formerly of Omaha, NE, passed away on 11 Oct 2004 in Banning, CA. He is survived by daughter, Dorothy Langley and her husband, Charlie of California; son, Robert Thom and his wife Judy of Missouri; step-daughter, Joyce McCormick and her husband Robert of California; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 3 sisters, Dolly Biggs, Laurie Ruby and Bonnie Lozos, from out of state; beloved cousin, Esther Roose, Omaha; 21 nieces and nephews. MEMORIAL SERVICE Mon., Oct. 18, 2004 at 10:30 am. Weaver Mortuary, Beaumont, CA. 909-845-1141. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Omaha Home for Boys.
