Natalie Tirrell was a U.S. State Dept. official, an intelligence officer with the G-2 (eg. spy). She was captured behind the lines in Germany at the onset of WWII, and spent the duration of the war incarcerated at Dachau Concentration Camp. She was liberated in 1945 and spent the remainder of her life in Bern, Switzerland.[citation needed]
She died on June 07, 1981 in Bern, Switzerland.[citation needed]
