Biography

James Whipp was born in Lancashire, England.

James Albert was the oldest of three sons born to Harry Whipp, and Lydia Payne. He was born in West Gorton, Manchester England in 1906. It appears James spent at least the early years od his life in the greater Manchester area. He married Elsie Dart in South Manchester in 1928. No records found to date of James' death, or if he and Elsie had children.
