He married Catherine FALES. She was born May 1801 in Thomaston, Knox Co., Maine. Catherine died 22 Aug 1860 in Boothbay, Maine, at the age of 59, and was buried Aug 1860 in Wylie Farm Cemetery, Boothbay, Maine.

CENSUS: Federal Census; in both the 1850 & 1860 census at Boothbay with father. ( Visit to Cem. on 9/1/99, found stone in very good condition. No other stones on the lot. Lot #117.)

• Clementina WILLEY, born 1833 in Bristol, ME. She married Ira TOWLE. He was born 1828 in New Hampshire. Ira died after 1900 in Boscawen, New Hampshire. Clementina died 22 Jan 1898 in Boscawen, New Hampshire, at the age of 65, and was buried in Boscawen,New Hampshire.
• Ann Ploomy WILLEY, born 1835 in Boothbay, ME. She married Abial SMITH. He was born in Portland, Maine. Abial last know to be in Portland, Maine. Ann last know to be in Portland, Maine.
• Sarah (Sally) Vose WILLEY, born 20 May 1843.

Federal Census, 1830, at Bristol, ME; 1840, at Boothbay, ME; 1850 at Boothbay, Maine; and 1860 at Boothbay, Maine. Found in 1880 in US Census, Boscawen, Merrimack Co., NH; Soundex T-9 Roll 765; living with daughter Clementine and her husband Ira Towel. RESIDENCE: In Boothbay he lived at the head of Adams Pond, and carried on the carding mill. After wife's death he went to NH to live with daghter Clementine, where he died about 1870. DEATH: State record on file NH Vital records, also lists birth location.
