Frances Elizabeth Witte was born on February 3, 1879 in Richmond, Wayne, Indiana, United States, daughter of August Gerhard Witte (1837–1915) and Maria Elisabeth Schroeder (1852–1938).^[1] In 1900, Frances (21) M was in the household of August Witte. ^[2] Frances died on February 10, 1932 in Richmond, aged 53.
