Georg Witte was born about 1649 in Wallenhorst, Iburg, Osnabrück, Heiliges Römisches Reich.[1]

Jürgen (33) married Anna Remme on 27 September 1683 in St. Alexander, Wallenhorst.[2] Their witnesses were Joan Witte and Stephanus Wulfetange.[2]

Their known son was Stephanus Witte (baptised 1 April 1687[3]).

Jürgen Witte died on 17 February 1703 in Wallenhorst parish, aged about 54 years.[1] He was buried in the catholic church cemetery St. Alexander Wallenhorst.[1]
