Biography
Mary was born in 1852. She was the daughter of Jacob Yake and Sarah Hatter. She passed away in 1941. Mary Lavina Yake was born in Ontario, she was known as aunt Polly and married John Lindsay at Newmarket Ontario. In 1903 they rented and later purchased a farm on concession 7 St. Vincent Township south of Meaford Ontario where their grandson John Richard Lindsay lived until his death in 1989.
