Biography
Thomas Obediah Zeigler was born in 1896 in Dorchester County, South Carolina to Lovick P. Zeigler and Idella Elizabeth Jennings.[1][2] He married Mattie Lee Byrd before 1920 in South Carolina.[3][4][5] Thomas passed away in 1949 in South Carolina.[6]
