Dupuis-770. Are my sources input correctly. I am adding an ancestry shareable link as well as a membership link.

My opinion would be to stick the sharable link only because of the sharable being as good as the membership link without worrying about of the additional effort.

I've got an Ancestry account and with the sharable and membership link you use both takes me to the Canadian (.ca) Ancestry server and I use the American (.com) one.

I can log in to the Canadian server without any problems, but it's actually a separate login for 2 membership servers.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not complaining nor am having an issue personally. :-)

I hope I had explained my feedback okay via text.

Besides the above, you really did a very good job with the profile. :-D

Thanks for the reply and insight. Since I am canadian all my links show .ca.   I suppose I could change the url to .com it is an interesting problem. I could spend the extra moment and do this but then canadian family would have the same problem you had. Suppose I could put a comment in the research field about the .ca for membership users to change the url to . com or Dot whatever for their country. I put the membership url so that users of ancestry and software programs that are linked can easily update their own records. You can't do that from the shareable link.
Denis, I use both too. The reason being if Ancestry were to stop having the shared links, then the membership link would still be available.
