If your question is regarding the Proposed Merge that was submitted today, then it's up to the profile manager OR a pre-1500 certified member.

When the merge is proposed, you really should give it some time to be reviewed first before asking for assistance on the Forum.

If it's "not" regarding the proposed merge, then you really need to be specific as to the "two" profiles in question.

Indeed they can; their parents have duplicate profiles which also need merging (first).  I just proposed all three merges yesterday.

I see that you are the PM on one set of them.  The other PM is active, so give him a chance to take care of it.  He's well versed with pre-1500 profiles.  If for some reason it doesn't occur in 30 days, it will go to default approval and a pre-1500 project member can handle it.
