Is Samuel Peck 1658-1746 the father of David Peck 1695-1756 from Greenwich, Conn

I am trying to find the ancestors of Chlorine Peck 1731-1813 married to John Woolsey, Greenwich, Conn.

I am trying to find out if David Peck is her father.

I am also trying to find out if Samuel Peck is David's father.

I just added a birth date and source that I found on family search for David with parents as Samuel and Ruth. https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:F74D-H89

It is strange that when you go to the source, you don't see the parents but a 'search' shows the parents for the same item, which is where I see the parents. Usually there is a Vital Records source that has the parents, but I don't see that for David.

I added another marriage of Cloe and John, same date, but it states Otsego, New York, which isn't close to Westchester County, New York.
