I remember seeing him play at the Charlotte Coliseum when I was a little boy. He was funny and an amazing ball handler.

Someone created a profile for him, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Neal-5949 but I am not sure if there is not an existing profile already because I can see one unlisted profile exists and was edited yesterday. I can not see any more about that one.
