AmericanAncestors Lookup Request in the Boston Transcript

I'm hoping someone with an AmericanAncestors.org paid subscription can lookup the following AGBI record in the Boston Transcript:

  • Gen. Column of the " Boston Transcript". 1906-1941.( The greatest single source of material for gen. Data for the N.E. area and for the period 1600-1800. Completely indexed in the Index.): Oct 30, 1918, 1931; Jun 21, 1920, 8168.

Here is the link to the records on AmericanAncestors.

Please look up Mary Allen on the AGBI listed dates of Oct 30, 1918; Oct 30, 1931; and June 21, 1920.

Thanks!

First, I do not find any reference to a Mary Allen or Allyn in the Oct 30, 1931 edition.

Oct 30, 1918: "Thomas Newberry, bap Nov 10 1594, married about 1619, Joane Dabinott and had: ...Benjamin, born about 1624, died Sept 11 1689, married June 11, 1646, Mary Allyn..."

Citation: Boston Evening Transcript: Genealogy Pages, 1911-1940. Online database. AmericanAncestors.org. New England Historic Genealogical Society, 2016.

June 21, 1920: "Allyn, Myatt. M.E.W.W., June 1 1920. Matthew (1) Allyn's wife was Margaret Wyatt (not Myatt),...the children of Hon Matthew (1) and Margaret (Wyatt) Allyn are as follows...Mary (2) Allyn, who married June 11 1646..."

The second does not give the name of Mary's husband but the marriage date is the same found in the first with name of husband.

Perhaps the Oct 30, 1931 entry is a typo of some kind in the AGBI index?  Too bad the Boston Transcripts are not searchable.7
Could you please provide a link to the Oct 30, 1918 and June 21, 1920 entries so anyone with a subscription can quickly get to each of them on American Ancestors?

Moved the source to correct profile.

Links are now above but they only take you to the month and year, then you have to page forward to get to the date in question.  Tip: when looking for Oct 30, go to Nov:Title in the page box and then page back once for Oct 30 (saves a mountain of time).
Could I get link for November too please?

Maybe it is https://www.americanancestors.org/DB1655/i/37640/Nov-co11/0 ???

Close, but Nov title page is:

https://www.americanancestors.org/DB1655/i/37640/Nov-coTitle/0

Regarding Oct 1931 the other options are middle-aged eyesight, the dog was begging a treat right then, etc. laugh

I now have access and looked for the Oct 30, 1931 entry and find that it is missing from the scans, they have Wednesday Oct 28, but then skip Friday Oct 30 and go on to Monday Nov 2.
I'm not sure this was a daily column.
You are correct, at this point it was just Mon and Wed and it was just transitioning to Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri starting November 2, 1931.
