I do not have the Clean-a-thon Challenge on my tracker.  I have made serveral corrections and added them to another challenge.

There isn't a specific one, just mark the suggestions as you would normally do. They are being tracked like that :)

Why are some states missing from the list, like Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas?

Because I forgot that Aleš has the South broken up in to three regions. This link starts at the top of the "South"

Scroll down to see links for suggestion lists on each region (South Atlantic, East South Central, and West South Central) and then within those regions, separate suggestion lists for each state within that region.
