Comments on Konrad (Buren) von Nürnberg

LNAB should be Hohenzollern. Friedrich von Büren is supposed to be the ancestor of the Staufer, and he did have a son Konrad back in the 11th century, then there is a von Büren family in Westphalia occuring in the 11th century, both have nothing to do, though, with the Zollern.

This comment was posted over a month ago without any response, something that happens all too often with comments left on profiles. I'm now moving it to G2G in hopes that we can get this resolved.

The Last Name At Birth has now been changed to Hohenzollern.

Unfortunately this profile was adopted by a contributor who is not pre-1500 certified, and therefore can not change anything on the profile. Unless a leader can deal with it, there is no other solution than request to be on the trusted list in this case.

I've sent a private message to the PM and asked her to be sure to either respond timely to comments or remove herself so that a pre-1500 person can adopt the profile.

While I don't have a 'huge' problem with non-Pre-1500 certified people taking on the management of a profile (although I'm not sure why they do so as opposed to just asking to be on the trusted list), they do have the responsibility, if they do so, to respond to people . . .

Thanks, Darlene... I agree, it only becomes a problem when the profile manager does not respond in a timely fashion.
