where, when, & why did Perry Allen Payne 0f Hunt or Fanning Co. Texas(my g grandfather)die abt 1916?

Question

Perry Allen Payne born 18, Dec 1882-1886 in Collins Texas, His parents were James "Jim" Henry Payne & Martha Jane McCormick, both from Illinois. In 1900 he was living with parents in Hunt Co Texas age 18. On 25 Sept he married my g grandmother Pearl Jane VanHooser in Rockwall Texas. On 1910 census w/ wife Pearl and son Ervin in Fannin Co Texashe is 24 and s timber cutter. They had 3 more children Ebb Payne 26 March 1912 ( haven't found birth records). Next my grandmother Ruby born 1Aug 1913 in  Bonham Texas, and last Vera born 14 May 1916 the last record is a SS claim with Pearl Perry and Vera's name but no info.

Thank you, however I have all of this info, I do appreciate your time. There is one document from SS claims with Pearl V& name on it, it does not have a date. I believe on ancestry.com . Is there anyway to look at the documents from SS claims with his name on them?
