I remember him from when I was a youngster.  And a common phrase (towards someone who is speeding) is: "Who do you think you are, then? Stirling Moss?"

Being an Aussie, I grew up with "Who do you think you are, Jack Brabham?"  But yeah, Stirling Moss was simply one of those once-in-a-lifetime super-notables.  A bit like when you think of boxing it's Muhammad Ali.

That is  sad. I hope that when his profile is opened it has a proper tribute to his life, rather than just documenting his death.  His father's profile still needs more work too.
