Parentage and age of William Tempest of Studley in primary sources quoted by Eleanor Blanche Tempest

Have the primary sources quoted by Eleanor Blanche Tempest (http://www.medievalgenealogy.org.uk/families/ebt/index.shtml) been discredited?  Looking at her (apparently excellent) work, it seems clear that William Tempest was born before 1375 (the source she offers is described as Prob: Oct: William Ingilby, Chanc: Inq: p.m., 7 Henry vj, No.75).  If that's the case, then the objection (currently resting on secondary sources) to his being a son of Sir Richard Tempest of Studley and Isabella Bourne seems to be removed.
