They had 1 son

Spouse Mary Elizabeth Delamater FS ID M4XF-JPJ born 19 September 1842 Harlem, New York County, New York, United States – died 3 February 1899

The answer was perfect, my question was ambiguous.  I have the info from me Bach through James and Elizabeth but, nothing before them. The info in the answer is correct as one of Mary Elizabeth Delamater and James Thompson are my great grandparents

Absolutely. Many of these family trees on Ancestry are copied from one person to another without a thought of research. I've found so many mistakes my aunt made while in the LDS church that I don't even bother to try and correct them anymore... when I have documentation I'll put it on WikiTree. That being said, those Ancestry family trees can help point you in the right direction, but be aware of confirmation bias.
