Need help with German handwriting please.

Question

This link is to an 1812 German marriage record for my 4x great grandparents.

My nephew was able to give me the column headings, but as far as the handwriting goes, I can only read the obvious parts.  I would like to know what I'm missing.  Here is what (I believe) I have so far:

Entry # 5 Young man Conrad Herdejürgen, age 29, married Elizabeth, 22, on August 23rd, 1812.  Her father was Anton Piver.

Follow-up: Should I use the ü when entering Conrad in WikiTree, or just a regular u?

The unmarried Conrad Heerdejürgen, shepherd living in Manenloh, born in the city of Lippspringen (today Bad Lippspringe)

a legitimate, adult son of the shepherd Caspar Heerdejürgen and his wife charged with keeping house Christina Schlane ...(???)

29 years and 9 months old

Elisabeth Piver born in the parish town Neuenbecken (there is a village Altenbeken next to Bad Lippspringe, suggesting that there would have been also a "new" becken there)

legitimate adult daughter of the (perhaps) sexton ( .üster = Küster, first letter obscured) of Neuenbecken Anton Piver and his wife charged with keeping house Maria Theresia Niggemeyer

The Ü is a different letter than the U. So the obvious choice is Ü.
