Can someone assist with sourcing Luke Gardner and his descendants?

I came across this profile and noticed that it, along with the descendants, has no sources.  The PM who created them hasn't been active in four years.  Is there anyone that descends from this line or has an interest in it, or perhaps you just want to perform a random act of genealogical kindness, that would work on providing sources for the profiles?

Thanks, Eddie.  I'll see if I can make headway with some of that.  Need to make sure we have the right data for the right people, since we're dealing with same names for some of them...

If anyone wants to take all of this information provided and enter it, please let me know . . .
I can dig for more later. The wills and land records were easiest for immediate clues. I live in Youngstown Ohio and since about 3 pm edst, we have been having a ginormous blizzard with high winds. No joke ! Can't see the church across the street !! Internet goes wonky.JEEZ AWMITEY, it's the middle of April !!??

Susannah Gardiner Key has a wikitree profile but parents squiffy.  That whole set will need sorting out and merging.

Generations are wacky

Regarding the Richard that you say married Sarah Beall, I located a marriage record for a Richard with a Sarah Beall, but it was in 1803 in Washington, Kentucky.  We have him born circa 1747, so certainly he was married prior to that.  I'm not even sure that is a record for him.  The date could make it be a son or nephew.

An unsourced tree at ancestry has Richard married to a Mary Ann Boarman, daughter of Thomas James Boarman and Susannah Semmes.  It has two sons for them: Richard (1784-1831) and William (1788-1872).  This son would be the right age to be the one that married Sarah Beall.  I can't find any sources for a marriage of Mary Ann Boarman mentioned above to a Richard Gardiner, though...

Sorry to hear about your snowstorm.  My family in Colorado has been getting snow off and on for several days... These are crazy times!
I'll be looking for a Sarah Beall, born abt 1752, daughter of William

Beall and Sarah Magruder

first married to her cousin Nathaniel Beall

second husband Richard Gardiner

apparently Richard and Sarah died in Kentucky

and had some connection to the Boone family

I have also discovered connections to

the SWEARINGEN family managed by Robin Lee

and the Slye family from whom Roy Rogers, born

Leonard Slye, is descended. The Swearingen family

are also ancestors of my favorite actress Yvette Vickers

whose family lines Robin very kindly documented for me

last year.

These Gardiners sure did get out and about LOL.

However, I will only acknowledge those I can document for

you. Any that are only mentioned in various books, I will

note and open for debate in g2g,

Good project during the corona lock down. I ain't going

nowhere, nohow til I get  my government money LOL.
so far, I've found 9 cousin marriages which adds to the untangling needs

they liked to keep the land in the family LOL
