Softdata: Error Warnings - Status Button

Question

Just a quick comment...  Is there anyway to highlight an entry on a Error Warning listing where the matter has been attended to and the Status updated with details of the correction?  

Presently looking at 886 Died before category time frame

I have corrected many, but the is no indication I have updated the status.

if you're working from the DBE suggestion list, there's another button to go and update it with place for comment that you corrected it.  Takes a while to show in future reports.

Did you update the Suggestion for the profile?  You would only see it disappear on the Profile suggestions.  They don't disappear on the Suggestion List until the next week.

If you select the Status button on the right of one that you updated, you should see the updated comment below, which indicates that you did it.  Next week, the suggestion will not be there, if you corrected it properly.

If you go to the Profile, select Suggestions from the drop down, you won't see it if you updated the Suggestion, such as Caincross-163.  If you select the 'Show' Hidden suggestions, you will see the updated Suggestion with you comment below it.

Hi Andrew

The List you are using is static (only updates/changes once a week when recalculated and republished ) even if you update the 'status' {It also is a list  specifically for all the African Nations combined}

For Dynamic list (Changes when you update the 'status' and reload the report) , you can generate one directly on the data yourself like:

But this is only for profiles with Africa in the location for the other nations you would have to replace the word 'Africa' with all or part of the location name and load the report again

Hi Andrew,

On WikiTree+ there is a "Report of suggestion status" available where you can filter on TimeRange, WikiTree ID, and Suggestion ID.

This could be a useful report setting, showing you did 99 status changes on suggestion 886 cases in the last month.
