Why don't I see Annie Plante in any censuses after 1910?

A childhood friend of my mother's asked me to research the Plante branch of the Beecher family, particularly about another daughter of Pierre and Celine Plante, who possibly disappeared, named Annie Plante, born about 1899 in Berlin, Coos County, New Hampshire. She appears in the 1900 and 1910 United States censuses, but doesn't appear in any of the later ones.  My question is why don't I see her in the later censuses? Any ideas?

Are they catholic? Maybe she became a nun. There is a sister Ida Plante , it’s hard to know as they tend to change first name.

    she wasn't Annie

    he was Amey
There was an Annie Plante in the 1910 U.S. Census and it listed her as the daughter of Pierre and Celina Plante and her age as 11.  Her older sister, Rosa, had moved out of the Plante home and married William Beecher that year.
    Hi, Marion.

Yes, the Plantes were practicing Catholics and it's possible that Annie became a nun. Perhaps I should look in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Catholic Church records.

     Thank you for your suggestion.

Thank you, Eddie. At first, I thought there was another daughter, besides Rosa, born to Pierre and Celina Plante about 1899, in the 1910 census, when I first started researching this branch of the family last autumn.  The third module in my third genealogy course is about censuses and that sometimes census takers make transcription errors. I came across this when I was researching my Kemp ancestors some years ago. For example, when I saw the name "Laurel Kemp", that made ask who she was. It turned out that it was SAMUEL Kemp.

Found the 1910 Census record for her (Pland),  but unable to find the 1900 Census Record on Annie Plante or family members on Family Search or Ancestry.  Must be missing something simple, as usual, what is it?

Edited:  Found the granddaughter of her brother Ernest on Ancestry and messaged her for more information about Annie should she have any. Unfortunately, her Family Tree is Private so I couldn't see anything. Let's cross our fingers.

I use Ancestry Library Edition. The link would only work if your library lets you access it's services online.
