Why do I get the following message from RootSearch: Unable to load the person. Check the ID and try again?

Brian, did you get a solution to your problem? I was having the same issue, all during the last day of clean a thon!  I found out that when I switched browsers to Chrome, the problem cleared up, but not before Clean a Thon was over. I will now go back to Safari and try again. If the problem still exists, I will do as Kay Sands suggested: clean out my browser cache of cookies and passwords...

I am pleased to say the clearing of the cache worked a treat.  Sorry, I should have informed this forum.  My OS is Chrome, so went into history and cleared out the lot, worked fine from then, although had to recall some passwords.

I had a similar issue and found I had to login again and it was resolved. Not sure why nor how... but worked for me.

This worked for me also (so far). On the Chrome browser I clicked on Settings (the 3 vertical dots on the upper right of my screen). Then click on Privacy and Security on the left side of the settings page. Click the > on "Clear Browsing Data". I only checked two boxes there: "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files".

I hope it works for everyone. This issue is sooo frustrating! :-)
