Can anyone familiar with the Breadalbane Fencibles, tell me when Lt Col Alexander MacLean resigned? His profile gives that he was with them by 1794

He resigned in Nov 1797 according to page 151,

The Clan Gillean just says became Lt Col about 1794, and he is not specifically mentioned in Clan to Regiment (the page ref is to one of the family tables at the end); Biog & Genealogical A/c just says "for some years" sad
