Internal Search Function?

Is there a search function within my family trees?

I find that I have to open profile after profile to locate family members, which becomes time consuming and confusing especially when trying to match family with sources when the first name and surname is identical.

Thanks.

Remember you can hover over somebody's name and see basic details about them.  If this doesn't happen for you, check your settings to see that you haven't accidentally switched them off.

Thanks. I do that. But it doesn't work for details. For example, my White line has an inordinate number of George's, Robert's, Frederick's and every combination of those names. So I'm looking up life events on a database and see 20 George White burials or marriages, and have to go through my profiles to find matches.

What I really wish for is a Sort or Filter command. Then I could eliminate those who already have burial or marriage info.

There just doesn't seem to be an easy way to do this.
I am adding burial info now to my ancestors.  I go to my profile and click on ancestor tab and access my ancestors that way. Then I am just going down the column left to right.
