I get an Error: Invalid Data 1. Permission Denied for a merge.

Question

I am having a problem with a (approved) merge of two profiles:

The message I get is:

Error: Invalid data. The following must be corrected:

Permission Denied

I have checked the data and re-entered all the dates but don't understand the problem.

Grimm-1303 is yellow privacy locked.  You cannot complete the merge unless you are the PM or on the trusted list.
