Looking for birth/marriage/death info for Mary D. Poin(t)sett Birchall, c. 1880-?

Question

One of my paternal great-grandmothers was born Mary D. Pointsett (or Poinsett?) in Columbus, Mansfield, NJ circa 1880.  Married William H. Birchall in Philadelphia circa 1903.  Appears to have renamed herself "Melvina" after 1912.

I have a decent amount of documentation 1904-1940 - census records, births / deaths of kids - but nothing about her birth or death.  I welcome any additional info!
