Does anyone know anything or is willing to research about Russell Charles Penney?

Hi, 
I was wondering if anyone happened to know or is willing to research who the father of Russell Charles Penney is. I have been researching and have had no luck so far.

What I know: 
Russell Charles Penney was a Sergeant in WW1 who died on the 15th of September 1915 in Somme, France when he was killed in action. He embarked from Wellington, New Zealand.

Family: 
He was the brother of Mrs S.Anderson who was living in Wellington, New Zealand. 
Charles Penney (B: 1852 D: 1917) was his uncle.
