As this profile is unsourced and there's been no move from the pm to address the issue raised over a year ago, is it ok if I change her name from Sybil (no source) to Christian (sources below) and fill it in a bit?

Curious. The pm is active and the adjoining profiles are nicely made - in the husband's profile and those of her children she is referred to as Christian, not Sybil...

It seems to be a simple oversight, especially if the pm has a lot of watchlist entries. There is nothing in Wiki Tree guidelines that say you cannot correct the name, particularly with researched support links: perhaps leave a research note re: the secondary name Sybil. Still, I would send a message directly to the pm as a courtesy.

Perhaps adding a pre-1500 tag to this question will give others who are also pre-1500 certified a chance to weigh in...

Doesn't look as if there is any interest, and the original comments were there for over two years. I emailed the pm to say I was changing it.

I think from now on, instead of just adding comments and sources, I'll email the pm, tell them what I intend, wait to see if they have any objections and, if not, just go ahead. Otherwise these things just sit broken forever. If they have some reason to disagree, that's fine, we can likely sort it out

Cheers to that - yes
