I "met" Florian on FamilySearch and he has taken an interest in one of my German lines. He currently lives in the Black Forest where they were from. He has found information that my ggggrandfather was a lumberjack and pinpointed his town. He also told me that the surname Thoeny, Thöne, or Thön is not at all common in the area, so that is interesting.
