It’s a public tree, so you should be able to see the names.

You can create a free account on Ancestry to view free records and public trees.
The tree is “public” meaning the user has set the viewing options to public. If you create a free account and after you have logged in, you will be able to see/view the tree names. Some of the sources you may not be able to view until you pay to view them.

For the record, I have a free account and am signed in, yet those links give me the signup (aka pay us to see things) page.
For the record ... as a registered guest on Ancestry (aka a free Ancestry account) you can't...
