Photo image editing

Dear all

I have been uploading family photos but they are changing from portrait to landscape and vice versa, even though they are saved on my system correctly. Can I change this directly through the WT site? How do I delete the unwanted versions?

PS I've checked-out the FAQ pages.
Regards, Ralph

This tells you about the portrait and landscape issue:

I don't know why your images are changing their orientation, but I don't think you can fix them on WikiTree.

To delete the unwanted versions, you can edit the photo and remove any names that are attached to it, then save it. Once the photo is no longer associated with a profile or page, it will be in the queue for deletion. This doesn't happen immediately, but eventually it will be removed from the system.

See the Photos FAQ, How to remove or delete a photo, for more details.

Hope this helps!

The strange thing is, that when I click  on [click here to see the full-size original image] the photo, the photo is as it should be - portrait. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do to make it save as portrait

Thanks Joyce.
