Images will not upload

Question

I'm trying to upload images and each time I get the message that the file is empty. They're different images, from different sites, including a screen capture. The files are not empty.

I think the server is problematic - my recently edited watchlist profiles aren't saving either...

Same issue past hour. Seems selective to some profiles. If I immediately click on "Save" I get the message "no changes made" - if I just click on a radio button it won't save, and I can't see a Preview (just a box that says "close preview"). Also same issue with images - keeps saying file appears to be empty or that there's an error in the name (there isn't). Tried 3 different browsers, restarted computer, logged out, logged back in

I'm having the same problem I get the message: 

The file you uploaded seems to be empty. This might be due to a typo in the file name. Please check whether you really want to upload this file.
