Who is the Sarah Elizabeth Boatright Simms that married William Samford Laffoon?

Question

Laffoon family genealogies have a Sarah E(lizabeth) "Sallie/Sally" Boat(w)right Si(m)ms (pick your favorite spelling) married to William Samford "Rufus" Laffoon.

Family history says they married in Giles County, Tennessee in about 1844. Sarah is from Tennessee. William is from Kentucky.

This Laffoon family is living a short distance from the Heneger Simms family in Carroll County, Arkansas in the 1850 census. Simms is household 659 and William S. and Sarah Laffoon are household 666.

Sarah was b. 2 Oct 1823, d. 10 Oct 1906 and is buried in Bellefonte Cemetery next to her youngest son George Martin Laffoon and his family. Other than that I have been able to find absolutely NO information about Sarah E. Laffoon.

Does anyone have any information that could connect her to this Simms family living so nearby?
