Is the note in red correct, or incorrect?

I believe the note in red on Viljon-1 stating that his inclusion in the register is not a duplicate entry, because he had an older sibling by the name of Henning is incorrect, in the sense that he had a younger sibling who was born around August 2013 and given the name Henning after Viljon-1 had died. If correct, this note needs to be corrected to state that its not a duplicate, because he had a younger sibling by the same name of Henning.

I would hope his sibling wasn't born in 2013!

That would make his sibling 300 years younger! (just kidding...sorta)

But I suspect you meant 1713 - if so, I'll grant that it may be possible.

Based on the comments on the younger sibling, which state that he had a younger sibling with the same name that is not a duplicate (which is impossible, as he was the youngest sibling) - then I would agree - the notes on the two profiles should be reversed.

How can the notes be corrected?

I was really hesitant, but I changed the notes on both profiles after hemming and hawing, but I don't think that was a significant change that needed to be discussed with the project. It was a typo.

What is the correct procedure to address an issue of this kind?  It is,  after all, a sigificant error, isn't it?
