User-contributed content such as family trees, are not adequate sources for pre-1700 profiles, see the related Germany Project Reliable Sources and France Project Reliable Sources pages for details. Since this pre-1700 profile was created without sources, I'd suggest including the Geneanet family tree that you mentioned in a See Also section of the profile, as it can provide hints for finding actual sources.
For example, the death place appears to be Rosteig in Alsace (now Bas-Rhin). The Rosteig entry in the Bas-Rhin archives indicates that for protestant parishes there before 1793, records can be found in other communes/towns: "see La Petite-Pierre, Waldhambach, Wimmenau and Volksberg".
This record from Waldhambach in the Bas-Rhin archives appears to contain the burial record of Anna Barbara, widow of Matthias Stenger, who died 29 Mar 1709 at age 77 and was buried in April in Roßteig:
