Information please for Hughes Campbell Lockyer (2 Sep 1902-1971) [closed]

Question

I am researching the family of Captain Hughes Campbell Lockyer C.B. and his wife Geraldine Louise Stair (married 1901 at London, England).

The dreadnought project (link on profile) says "Another man with the same name was born in 1902....."

I believe that this man was the son of Captain Lockyer and his wife Geraldine Stair but can not find records to substaciate that belief. Can anyone please help with any records for Hugh Campbell Lockyer (2 Sep 1902-1971).

Hughes Campbell Lockyer, son of Hughes Campbell Lockyer and Geraldine Louise Stair(s), was born on 2 September 1902 in French Village, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada - see "Nova Scotia Delayed Births, 1837-1904," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QVRF-P2Y1 : 8 November 2017), Hughes Campbell Lockyer, 02 Sep 1902; citing Birth, French Village, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, certificate number 990476, Nova Scotia Archives, Halifax.

It says his father was a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy, so that seems to match perfectly.
