My 4th great grandfather, Enoch Rigdon, his wife, Sophia ******* Rigdon, their son, John, and probably other family members were killed by Redstick Creek Indians during the attack on Ft. Mims, Alabama, on 30 August 1813.
My 6th great uncle died of illness at Lake George, New York in 1756 while serving under General Winslow in the French and Indian War.
My 9th great grandfather, Nathanial Dickinson, had three sons, John, Joseph, and Azariah, killed by Indians in Massachusetts during King Philip's War, 1675 and 1676.
