Source transcription isn't visible in listing [closed]

Question

In this linked profile you can see there are imbedded hyperlinks to the Transcription of the source data. However, the SOURCE isn't visible. You can click on the hyperlink but it doesn't take you to the invisible data.

Imbedded in the Biography is the following (invisible) text:

(I've been adding these sources for days and this is the first time I've had this issue. Is there a tech problem? Or a User Error?)

I've added the <references /> tag.  This makes footnotes visible.
